Tropical Storm Zombie

Tropical Storm Colin died the other day. The cause of death was moving at 35 MPH, strong wind shear, and dry air. This evening, moist air and calm wind shear have revived the system back to a respectable 60 MPH storm. Bermuda is under a Tropical Storm Warning, and the system is expected to recurve out to sea this weekend.
